Your next deals are already in your database
Serious appointments from the first month. Without hiring.
We reread your database, follow up with your old contacts, and answer every enquiry the same day. You approve every message, and you only hear from people who have a budget and a date.
The problems today
-
Enquiries go cold
They come in at night, from abroad, during a viewing, and wait until the next day. An enquiry handled after an hour is seven times less likely to lead to a serious conversation, according to the Harvard Business Review.
-
Your database is asleep
Years of exchanges with buyers and sellers, buried in emails, the CRM and WhatsApp. Missing records, conversations never logged: all of it can be found again, and rebuilt.
-
Expensive portals that only broadcast
€12k to €30k a year, and the contact stays with them. For your own boat, the portal ranks above your website.
-
Invisible where the buyer is looking
When a buyer searches on Google or asks an AI, it's the portal that comes up, not you. Boat shows and conferences cost a lot, and their returns remain hard to measure.
-
Tools that don't talk to each other
CRM, email, WhatsApp, spreadsheet: none of it is designed to manage information. The same data entered three times, nowhere to be found when you need it, and your memory as the only link.
-
Follow-up comes last
Neglected follow-ups, after-sales and paperwork done by hand, two hours of email a day.
-
Owners are waiting for news
Listing follow-up is barely measured and not automated, and boats coming in are never offered to the buyers already in your database.
Everything goes in. Only the serious comes out.
Every dot is a person in your database: a price enquiry, a visit at a boat show, a number left six months ago.
-
What you already have
Spreadsheet, software, notebook: we take it all.
-
What comes in today
Enquiries from your website, handled the same day.
-
What we'll add next
Once everything runs, we go and find more enquiries.

Later project → dated reminder
This client will buy, but not now.

No reply → followed up
This client said nothing. We pick them up again, at the right pace.

Serious → calendar
This client has a budget and a date. The relationship is yours.
“On Monday, you open your calendar: appointments with people who have a budget and a date. No more chasing, no more sorting.”
“No message goes out without your approval.”
The questions I get asked.
The rest, we cover in the twenty minutes.
Do I lose the relationship with my clients?
No, quite the opposite: it becomes all you do. The system does what nobody has time for: rereading the database, following up, asking the first questions, sorting. The call, the viewing, the sea trial, the negotiation, the signature: it never touches them. It stops at the booked appointment.
Is it a robot writing to my clients?
The AI drafts, I supervise, and you approve before the first message goes out. Messages go out under your name and in your own way of speaking. As soon as a conversation gets serious, you take over.
Do my contacts leave my business?
No. They stay in your system, or in a space that belongs to you. We only write to people who have already contacted you, from your address, once you've approved. Nothing is resold. If we stop, you get everything back within five days.
My database is buried in my emails. What do you do with it?
We rebuild it. Emails, CRM, messaging, spreadsheet: everything is reread and brought together into one record per contact, with the boat they're after, the budget and the timing. Conversations that were never logged go in too, and nothing has to be re-entered. Then we wake that database up in small waves, in your tone, and you approve each message with one click.
On Google or in an AI, does my name come up?
Today, rarely: Google and AI answers draw on the clearest sources, and those are usually the portals. I rewrite your website so they find your boats, your area and the answers to buyers' questions there, and I keep up a regular presence on social media, built from your real photos and approved by you. The goal: your name comes up, not a portal's listing.
In practice, what changes?
Four things. What was asleep in your database goes back to work. What comes in no longer gets lost: every enquiry is handled the same day, every “let me think about it” leaves with a date, every unanswered proposal is picked up again. You get found: on Google, in AI answers, on social media, under your name. And your time changes nature: no more chasing, no more sorting. You meet people who have a budget and a date, and you do what only you can do: the relationship, the sea trial, the sale.
And if nothing comes of it?
It's in writing. The first messages go out within ten days, or the first month is free. At thirty days, a report with the numbers: enquiries handled, contacts woken up, appointments booked. If it falls short of the figures set in writing on the call, an extra wave of follow-ups is free. No lock-in: if you stop, you leave with everything.
Let's look at your database. I'll tell you what we'd get out of it.
Twenty minutes on a video call, no commitment. And a written guarantee: first messages within ten days, a report with the numbers at thirty.
